Quantum control

In a week I am heading of to Toronto a Conference on Quantum Information and Quantum Control. I will give a talk on quantum decoherence in biomolecules. There are a number of speakers I am looking forward to hearing and meeting. Hopefully, I will post something about their work soon...

Coherent control
is a quantum mechanical based method for controlling dynamical processes with light, employing quantum interference phenomena which are controlled by shaping the phase of laser pulses.
