They combine very good writing with scientific content that is both popular and deep. I think for a general audience...Hi Professor Ross,<br /><br />I think for a general audience you have to add elements of storytelling and interesting facts(historical and literary pleasure). Now the challenge should be intertwining those with the condensed textbook and conceptual approaches.
